  We were founded in 2017 as THOMPSON CHAIN LINK and thrived as a mostly chain link installation fencing company. At the end of 2024 we partnered up with great new suppliers and decided to offer types of fencing that other surrounding companies did not provide (aluminum, corrugated metal hybrid, etc.), as well as the more known types like vinyl and ornamental. At that moment we decided to pivot our company name to THOMPSON FENCING in order to better illustrate the various different fencing options that we could provide.Â

“Thompson Chain Link just finished a very difficult project for us at our vacation property in the Shuswap near Seymour Arm. The terrain was anything but flat and clear. Tom and his crew worked 16 hour days to complete our project ahead of schedule and on budget.
